The best scenario, after an accident, is that we have first contact with you, since it makes sense to talk to the folks that you know and trust to repair your vehicle.  This is no different than going to see your doctor, before your healthcare insurance company attempts to instruct you as to what care they think you need.   

Remember, there is no obligation to use our collision repair facility unless you feel completely comfortable and make the informed decision to do so.  There is also no cost involved for the interview process or collision repair estimate.
